Flow solder
Our Blundel CMS 400 finger conveyor style flow solder machine was a new purchase for us in late 2011. This computer-controlled machine is able to store soldering programmes, thus reducing the need for time-consuming set-up procedures.
The machine uses spray fluxing technology, which means no flux wastage. The Argon gas system and the intermittent operation of the wave combine to help produce excellent results.
Complementing this machine is a fully aqueous cleaning plant.
